PaizoMath is an educational platform that provides math games and progress tracking tools for use in classrooms and homes.

2. Users Covered by This Policy

2.1 Teachers & Parents ("Adult Users")

Adults who create accounts, purchase subscriptions, and add or manage student users.

2.2 Students

Students access games and learning materials through accounts created or managed by a teacher or parent. Students do not provide payment information and do not provide contact information.

3.1 Information Collected From Teachers & Parents

• First and last name
• Email address
• Account login credentials
• Subscription and payment information (processed through third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers)
• Class or group configuration information (e.g., student lists)

3.2 Information Collected From Students

• First name
• Last name
• Gameplay data, including: games played, scores, performance metrics, in-game actions, progress, and time spent

We do not collect from Students:

• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Physical addresses
• Payment information
• Photos, audio, or video
• Geolocation data
• Social media information

4. How We Use Information

4.1 Adult User Information

Used to:

• Create and manage accounts
• Provide access to math games and supplementary teaching and learning resources
• Provide administrative and classroom features
• Enable payment and subscription functionality
• Communicate updates and support responses
• Improve the Platform

4.2 Student Information

• Provide access to math games and supplementary learning resources

We do not use identifiable student data for marketing.

5. COPPA Compliance

PaizoMath is designed for children under 13 only with consent from a parent or a school acting as the parent’s agent.

• Parents may also directly provide consent.

We collect only what is reasonably necessary for educational use.

No system is perfectly secure.

• Adult User information is retained while accounts are active.
• Student information is retained for the duration of the subscription or classroom usage.
• Backups are retained for a limited time for system integrity.

Teachers and parents may request deletion of student accounts.

Adult Users may:

• Access, correct, or update account information
• Request deletion of personal data
• Request deletion of student data they manage
• Opt out of non-essential emails
